About the event

If you cannot go to the Mediterranean, then we will bring the Mediterranean to you!!  Learn basic Hummus recipe and how to change its flavors to suit your tastes.  Learn Gyro techniques.  Learn how to prepare golden couscous.  Learn how to prepare tzatziki sauce.  Learn how to prepare and finish pocket pitas.  Learn the components for making tiramisu and building your own.

Take Aways:  Za’atar Hummus, Lamb Gyro, Chicken Gyro, Falafel, Pocket Pita or Naan, Tabbouleh Couscous, Tzatziki Sauce, Corn Salad, Tiramisu
